1. Collecting New 4-5 Star Reviews
We send out an email to your client and they click the link and they see something like this. Of course it will have your logo at the top, not ours.
The client can then click:
- "Yes!" if they had a good experience
- "No." if they had a bad experience.
If they click "Yes!" then we invite the clients to leave a review on your preferred platform(s).
The platform(s) are totally up to you. Maybe you just do Google, or Google and Facebook, or maybe we add in Yelp!. We work with you to determine which platforms are best for your business.
Whichever platforms you choose, the client will just click the review platform logo, and...
Whichever logo your client clicks, BOOM they’re right there, ready to leave a review.
There's no need to manually search for your business, or jump through any technical hoops to find it.

2. Increasing Your Average Review Rating
But what if your client clicks "No."?
Rather than directing them to leave a review, we show them this Service Recovery Form so that they can contact you directly and handle the situation privately rather than venting their frustration on a public review platform.
After all, most people don’t want to leave a bad review, they just want a more positive experience. Wouldn’t it be great if they could just contact you directly?
This is also great because a lot of times the complaint may be something that you don’t even know about, something that’s beyond your control, or something that you can easily fix.
3. Monitoring and Responding
Finally, we monitor your reviews, and respond to your clients.
